Expressing solidarity on the catwalks in Paris, events were reworked to show support for Ukraine. Balenciaga placed folded flags on seats as well as opening with models in Yellow and Blue designs. Nanushka presented its fall collection alongside the Ukraine national anthem.

John Lewis were the first retailer to announce donations to three separate charities including the Red Cross. Blankets, towels, and household items were delivered within days. kurt Geiger donated €50,000 and fashion powerhouse Burberry made an undisclosed donation to the British Red Cross
